We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial exam preparation purposes.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functioning.

4. Content Ownership

All Personalities and Books content, flashcards, and other materials in the App are owned by TNUSRB Exam Prep or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell this content.

5. Disclaimer

TNUSRB Exam Prep is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board. The App provides educational content only and does not guarantee any exam outcome.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
